cEdit Software Service Terms

The following terms are designed for custom programming and web development services. These terms are meant to protect cEdit Software, it's partners and clients. Please read over these terms before proceeding.

Payment Policy

Custom development will be done utilizing servers belonging to cEdit Software. Upon completion of the requested script or scripts the client will be notified with the information including a demo. If the script meets the specifications of the client they will then be offered the ability to purchase the custom code and download it immediately along with installation instructions.

Installation services will be provided free of charge for clients who do not wish to install the provided source code.

Modifications and Corrections cEdit Software warranties any custom work to be free from mistakes. Should any mistakes be found, they will be corrected at no expense. Any adjustments made to the code after the project is finished which are aimed at adding new functionality or changing the originally requested functionality will result in additional fees.

Liability

cEdit Software will take every step necessary to ensure that any custom programming done is free from defects. Under the circumstances that a defect is found cEdit Software will take steps to correct the problem.

Under no circumstances shall cEdit Software be held responsible for any financial or data losses as a result of any defects.

Registration Registration with cEdit creates a service management account, shopping account and a forum account.
